Sand Hill Townhomes development is a 3.4-acre luxury townhome development by Big Sand Hill Development, LP. This development is located on the gulf side of South 11th street within the city limits of Port Aransas between Anchor Drive and Sand Castle Drive. There are currently 18 luxury 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom townhomes with a swimming pool, hot tub and grilling area.

The current construction site has been platted for an additional 29 townhome units and the land to the east (seaward) of the current construction site is also owned by Big Sand Hill Development. See a copy of the approved Plat Drawing below.

Due to the devastation of the numerous hurricanes, which hit Florida and the Gulf Coast during the 2005 hurricane season, Big Sand Hill Development, LP has decided to not build any additional units this year (2005-2006).
