Sand Hill Townhomes is a 3.4 acre luxury townhome development by Big Sand Hill Development, LP. This development is located on the gulf side of South 11th street within the city limits of Port Aransas between Anchor Drive and Sand Castle Drive on some of the highest elevation ground on Mustang Island. There are currently 18 luxury 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom townhomes with a swimming pool, hot tub and grilling area.
